Frozen Predicate Reuse / V64
A frozen 354-parameter predicate and new 50-parameter combiner passed at 512/512 sealed cases, tying the exact rule. A separate unseen-input claim had only eight cases against a required twenty and remains unestablished. The passing reuse candidate remains unpromoted.
CONTROL COMPARISON
Three-effect cancellation: 512 sealed tasks using the frozen predicate and newly trained combiner.
Reuse ties the exact rule. The separate eight-input novelty probe falls short of its twenty-input requirement.

Task and ownership
Reuse the frozen V63 query-relative interval predicate in a three-effect cancellation task. The 354-parameter predicate remains unchanged; only the separately owned 50-parameter combiner is trained. This is explicit composition, not Foundation adaptation or an application task.
Results
The reuse arm scored 128/128 on development and 512/512 on sealed evaluation. The exact rule also scored perfectly; flat and Memory controls scored 446/512 and 358/512. All reuse gates passed, but the candidate remained unpromoted. A separate novelty probe answered eight unseen inputs correctly, short of the required twenty. Another newly trained predicate answered 39/39 withheld inputs correctly; its research artifacts were not admitted to the library.
Interpretation and limitations
This supports bounded component reuse, not superiority over an exact rule or broad transfer to novel predicate inputs. Prior training exposed 137 of 145 possible per-slot inputs. The eight-case novelty claim remains unestablished. V65 independently tests data efficiency.
